The Franchise Council of Australia Limited (FCA) is the peak body for the $80 billion franchise sector in Australia, representing franchisees, franchisors and service providers to the sector.

Department of Natural Resources
The vision of the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Water (NRMW) is for ‘enhanced community benefit through sustainable natural resource management’.
NRMW plays a critical role in stewardship of Queensland’s natural resources. The department manages and allocates the state’s land, water, mineral and petroleum resources, and manages native vegetation and the control of pest plants and animals
The Office of State Revenue (OSR) is a portfolio office of Queensland Treasury and is responsible for administering the taxation aspects of Queensland Treasury’s revenue program.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is an independent Commonwealth statutory authority. It was formed in 1995 to administer the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other acts.
The ACCC promotes competition and fair trade in the market place to benefit consumers, business and the community. It also regulates national infrastructure services. Its primary responsibility is to ensure that individuals and businesses comply with the Commonwealth competition, fair trading and consumer protection laws.
